PropertyMaintenance Form is used to record requests for maintenance from thetenant, reported problems and the scheduled date of repair, the datecompleted and the cost. Details of Other Income and Expense is used to itemize other income and expense otherthan from rents and costs directly associated with the rental unit. This could be allocated advertising expense, property expenses, landscaping, etc.
